GENERAL INFORMATION

  • When commissioning me you must consider that I am not a professional artist.

  • I have the right to refuse your commission for whatever reasons.

  • I am allowed to post the commission on my social media.

  • The commission is for personal use only!

WORKING TIME

  • To ensure the best possible results, I like to take my time when drawing. Of course I’ll nonetheless try to finish your commission as fast as possible!

  • Be sure it is ok for you to wait 1-2 month for your commission. I draw only in my free time as a hobby. Besides that I work full time.

  • If I need longer than the 1-2 month I will discuss the matter with you.

ADVICE

  • It's very helpful to send me references of what is requested.

PAYMENT AND REFUNDS

  • You have to pay beforehand.

  • Payment is in Euro through Paypal.

  • Extra charges may apply depending on the complexity of the design.

  • Refunds can be requested under certain conditions:

  • Full refund if I haven‘t started drawing!

  • Partial or no refund depending on the progress after I have started drawing already!

  • Artists choice* + max. 30,00 € (* You let me choose the background. The price depends on the amount of details and time I draw.)

  • DRAWING

  • Digital file (RGB & CMYK) = Free!

  • Additional original fee (inc. material costs)

  • Original fee (ACEO, A6-A4) + 3,00 € + shipping costs

  • Original fee (A3) + 5,00 € + shipping costs

  • The shipping costs are depending on your country!

COMMISSION FORM

THE PROCESS

  • Please fill out the form below. After that I will contact you via E-Mail or Instagram.

  • If I accept your commission we’ll discuss details, questions and the payment.

  • After you paid ahead through Paypal I start with the sketch.

  • I will send you a sketch for approval. At this stage you have the chance to make last adjustments to the drawing. Please be aware that adding details that weren’t discussed beforehand might produce extra charges.

  • After approval I start to work on the drawing!

  • I‘ll contact you after the drawing is finished!

  • I ship the drawing to you if you want the original drawing.

  • Lastly I post the commission on my Instagram if I want to.
